Allergic Contact Eczema Causes.

Allergic contact eczema also known as allergic contact dermatitis, is a red, itchy, weepy reaction where the skin has come into contact with a substance that the immune system recognizes as foreign, such as certain preservatives in creams.
These substances therefore cause an allergic reaction, and the rash often starts at the point of contact but can easily spread to other parts of the body.
It may take many hours, or several days for your symptoms to appear after coming into contact with the allergen. This can make it difficult to determine the exact allergen.
Examples of things that can trigger the eczema are:
- Perfume.
- Detergent.
- Nickel etc.
